🌳 Bears Wood Scout Campsite is an amazing campsite with plenty of resources for a guaranteed good time.
👍 It’s a great spot for Scout meetings, nestled under a lovely canopy of trees and featuring a fantastic firepit in the middle.
😊 The Bears Wood indoor block is well-maintained and provides excellent accommodation for winter weekend hikes or scout events.
💪 The site boasts an industrial-scale kitchen that can easily cater to large groups, clean bunk rooms, separate adult accommodation, and ample rooms for scout combinations to keep things compliant.
🚶‍♂️ You can easily access the campsite by taking a beautiful 14km hike on the London Loop from Coulsdon South. It’s conveniently reachable by public transport from central London.
✨ Families also had a great time at the campsite during Family camp, despite rainy weather. They enjoyed many activities outdoors and felt welcomed by kind and passionate staff members. The food was also delicious!
