- 👍 Beckenham branch had many self-service machines, but now there’s only one at this branch.
- 🤔 The queue for the self-service machine is always long, sometimes 5-6 people.
- 💭 Should have moved some of the Beckenham machines to this branch.
- 😕 Branch feels outdated and old-fashioned, except for the self-service area.
- ⛔️ Useless branch according to a customer of 40 years.
- ⛔️ Needs to verify identity in person but no one in the branch knows how to do it.
- ⛔️ Barclays seems dated compared to more modern banks that can verify online.
- ❗ Mother went into the bank and transferred funds that never reached the receiver.
