Cowboy roofer - UNRELIABLE & TERRIBLE WORK AVOID
Austin was employed to do two flat roofs for me. I trusted his company as he is part of a business network members gave him good reviews. I trustingly paid him even though the work was incomplete as he promised to return to finish the work within 3 weeks. He never returned after promising and booking several dates there was no show every time. This was in April 2023. I now have two incomplete roofs which are both leaking. I now have to redo both and pay another roofer again. The workmanship is terrible, and communication is terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID NOT TO BE TRUSTED
The main work may have been good - how do I know - I am not a roofer. After work attention appalling.
We had major work completed but I cannot get them to return to change a cracked tile. Did not keep appt ( that is normal) and did not return phone or email messages. A 15 year warranty is useless. Avoid !
