- 👶 The salon did well with kids’ haircuts and handled toddlers effectively. However, they didn’t stick to appointment times which made it difficult to manage impatient children.
- ⏰ The owner came half an hour late for an appointment and then delayed the haircut further by 15 minutes in one instance. This same customer also reported a scissor cut near their child’s eye after the last visit.
