- 👎 Worst nail experience ever: Cut natural nails short without asking, uneven and thick acrylics, wrong nail shape
- 🤔 Mixed opinions on pricing: Quoted for normal polish instead of gel, extra charge for gel polish
- 😕 Rude treatment from nail tech: Laughed at customer’s requests, made them feel uncomfortable and unhappy
- 🙅♀️ Disappointing results: Streaky and lumpy normal polish, easily scuffed within hours of leaving the spa
- 💸 Felt like a waste of money: Would give negative stars if possible, both experiences described as awful
- Note: One customer also had a negative pedicure experience with cold soaking water and messy application.
