The florist suggested using iris instead, which the customer agreed to. However, on the day of the funeral, the arrangement that was delivered did not resemble what was shown in the book. Some roses had brown edges, and there was excessive foliage that made it difficult to see the flowers. This disappointed and upset this particular customer.
