I had anticipated a superior experience from this establishment, but it proved to be rather ordinary. The proprietor appeared uninterested, and the chief mechanic seemed to be about 18 years of age and lacking in significant experience. Given my 20-plus years as a cyclist, I entered the shop with the intention of replacing my headset, only to swiftly realize that I possessed more expertise and knowledge regarding the necessary part. Consequently, I resolved to take my business to my local bike shop instead. On a positive note, the shop was tidy, but the products were quite average. I would hesitate to recommend it for the Hampstead community, but it may suffice for a quick repair.
