They also won’t leave deliveries anywhere except inside the flat, causing inconvenience.
• 📅 The constantly changing opening days and times of the delivery office are seen as absolutely ridiculous and make it challenging for some customers to pick up their parcels due to work schedules.
• 🚗 There are a few parking spots available for 20 minutes near the office, which is useful when picking up missed parcels. The staff is generally helpful and queues are not usually long.
• ❌ Some customers have experienced issues with missing post, wrong deliveries, or even having their mail dumped on the street. These incidents were seen as shocking and disgraceful as important documents with personal data were lost.
