Paid for next day delivery for a parcel to be collected by DPD and dropped off at Pinner Post Office on Tues 9th. Tracking shows it is still at Pinner Monday 15th. Many phone calls later still waiting on DPD to come back having said it has been escalated. Unable to speak to the post office direct.
