- 👌 Clean and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Handy for Hammersmith Apollo.
- 😁 Well located and easy to find parking. Some smaller spaces and lots of pillars in the car park.
- 😕 Mixed opinions on prebooking through the app. Some found it convenient, while others preferred just turning up and taking a ticket.
- 😕 Easy access to the car park with a provided link, but not enough signage inside. Also, considered expensive at £19 for less than 4 hours.
- 😀 Great location near underground with direct access to major attractions. Bar was busy but lacked menu choices during New Year’s Eve celebrations.
