About Britannia Playing Fields
- ποΈ Good pitches, nearby public transport is good
- π― Excellent cricket ground with massive restrooms and excellent service
- β οΈ Facilities could be better, but a little attention from the council can make a difference. Some balls get lost in the bushes with stinging nettles making retrieval difficult.
- π Convenient location for cricket matches with some parking available. The changing facilities, toilets, and pavilion were in a terrible state.
- π« Nice pitches, but visit was early in the season.
- πΆββοΈ Large space to go for walks when in London.
- βοΈ Good facilities and pitches overall.
- Overall, Britannia Playing Fields have good pitches and are conveniently located near public transport. The cricket ground itself is excellent with massive restrooms and excellent service. However, there are mixed opinions on the overall facilities – while some believe it can become a brilliant venue with only minor improvements needed from the council, others had negative experiences due to poorly maintained changing facilities and toilets. There were also some concerns about lost balls in bushy areas containing stinging nettles.
