• 👍 Moved last week using Swans and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Communication was fantastic and everything was packed efficiently. The team was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
• 😟 Good until something goes wrong and attempts to extract more money. Competitive quote, responsive, arrived on time. The packing and moving team was nice and professional, but unfortunately lost a piece of an expensive desk rendering it unusable.
• ⚖️ Mixed opinions on liability for the lost desk piece – removals men claim no memory of it so refuse liability. Emails regarding this were rude.
• 💸 Additionally, received invoices trying to charge twice for delayed keys despite not having the right under the contract. Swans backed down when pointed out that contract did not allow for most of the charges.
• ✨ Overall positive experience with great communication, efficient packing, and helpful staff who did a good job.
• 📦 However, some issues arose when things went wrong – loss of an expensive item due to potential negligence by the movers and disputes over invoicing charges.
