- 👨💼 The staff, particularly Humara, are helpful, polite, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist new residents in navigating the accommodation process.
- 💁♀️ Humara’s caring attitude is highly appreciated by students, as she takes prompt action when issues arise. For instance, she organized tower fans and small fans for the study room when two regular fans were not working during hot weather.
- ⚠️ However, there are some suggestions for improvement: better ventilation throughout the building and installation of an air conditioner in the study room.
- 🤝 Mixed opinions exist regarding the elevators. While two of them were out of order during a stay resulting in compensation from management, it is unclear if this is an ongoing issue or just an isolated incident.
