- 👍 The lady who gave the tour was extremely friendly and welcoming.
- 🏢 The entire building was under renovation, so it’s difficult to comment on the appearance, but the customer service was top-notch.
- 📍 Great location with a 5-minute walk to the nearest tube and grocery store.
- 🏢 Spacious and modern flats with included amenities.
- 🌆 Stunning view from the sixth-floor balcony.
- 😊 Some of the staff, especially security staff after management leaves, were helpful and kind.
- ⛔️ Rent is expensive compared to other options in London with more space in better locations.
- 💰 Laundry costs are high, around 7-8 quid per load, and dryers don’t work well. It may take multiple rounds for clothes to dry.
- 🔉 Noise levels in both the area and inside the building are a concern for some reviewers.
