- 🏨 New Road Hotel has a good look and feel upon arrival.
- 🍽️ Dinner was included in the package, but there was a miscommunication and the guest couldn’t have their evening meal.
- 😔 The noise in the rooms, especially at the front of the hotel, was excessive and disturbed the guest’s sleep for most of the night.
- ✨ However, despite this issue, everything else about the hotel was very good.
- 🍴 They had great food and drink options and provided excellent service from staff members at front of house, bar staff, and breakfast hostesses.
- 👍 The guest believes that if they had a room towards the back or if better insulation or triple glazing were in place at the front, it could be an amazing place to stay in London.
- 💤 Getting only a few hours of sleep is not worth it for them, but they acknowledge that minor tweaks could make it one of their best stays.
