- 👀 Poor first impression at reception, staff seemed uninterested

- 🚿 Handheld shower didn’t drain properly, making the floor wet and slippery; leaking into the main room
- 🔴 Fire alarm went off three times during the evening causing inconvenience; difficulty turning it off
- 📺 TV positioned on the side wall
- ✅ Moved to Room 3 at 3pm which was found satisfactory compared to previous problematic room
- 🍳 Unappetizing breakfast experience with flat, dry eggs served up
