About Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel
- 👎 Service was not great, communication was difficult
- 👍 Lockers provided but some were missing due to lack of space
- 👎 Toilets and showers were semi clean and toilet lock was constantly broken
- 👍 Two toilets for a 16-dorm room, used by everyone in the hostel
- 👎 Kitchen was dirty and hygiene felt bad, even saw a cockroach on the first day
- 👍 Location of the hostel is really good, close to park and subway stations
- 👍 Staff was friendly, helpful and checked up on a sick friend
- 😐 Mixed opinions on cleanliness and comfort of beds
- 😐 Some guests didn’t respect others in shared room
