- 🌟 Great value hotel in a fantastic location close to Hyde Park.
- 🌿 Some rooms overlook Norfolk Square, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of Paddington Station.
- 💼 Basic and worn furniture, but sufficiently clean rooms.
- 🚿 Small but immaculately clean bathrooms. Shower problems were promptly resolved by friendly staff.
- 🍽️ Mixed opinions on breakfast, as some guests did not eat at the hotel.
- 🌡️ No air conditioning, so rooms can get warm in the summer. A fan was provided upon request.
- 💻 Wi-fi worked well throughout the hotel.
- ⬆️ The lack of elevators might be difficult for those who struggle with stairs, especially for higher-floor rooms with 6 flights of stairs.
- ☀️ Ideal location near Paddington Station with good pubs and restaurants nearby. An Indian restaurant across the road was recommended.
