- 👍 Plenty of free parking for vans and easy to locate
- 👎 Rooms were dirty with uncleaned shower and visible soap blobs/hairs in the bathroom
- 👎 Room was freezing with non-functioning heating that only blew cold air
- 👍 Good size carpark at the front and back, quick check-in, and two lifts to all floors
- 👎 Bed in accessible room felt different with a well-used bottom sheet
- 👍 Shower was hot and powerful, WiFi was good (after 30 mins free), close to Brent Cross shopping centre and restaurants nearby
- ⚖️ Mixed opinions: Would stay again if nothing else close by / Only positive comment is about the location and free parking.
