- 🏨 Hotel was not satisfactory for one guest, as the TV and window did not work, there was limited toiletries, and the overall experience was unpleasant.
- 😀 Another guest found the hotel nice and stays here regularly. They appreciated the help of Victor, who guided them to their room and assisted with luggage. They mentioned that the cleanliness improves weekly but felt reception staff could use better customer training.
