• 🛋️ Unique was incredibly helpful and the sofa in a box is perfect for small spaces. The range in-store is impressive, delivery was quick, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!
• 🏠 Another customer had a great experience at the shop. They loved the variety of sofas and cushions, with a wide range of fabric colors to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in helping make a final decision on color.
• ⏳ However, there was one customer who experienced an extremely long delay of 9 months for their order, despite being given a 16-week estimated delivery date. This needs improvement, but their showroom and sales staff were great.
