- 🏥 Hampton Medical Centre has a well-maintained facility and provides a lovely service with genuine care at the reception. Simone, in particular, is wonderful and provides excellent service and care.
- 👩⚕️ All the ladies at the reception are amazing and always helpful with any concerns, extra help, or paperwork needed after consultations.
- 💼 Sadly, one reviewer had a negative experience where their GP didn’t pay attention to their concerns about residual kidney stones. This resulted in an emergency surgery 5 years later due to negligence. However, it’s important to note that this may not reflect the views of all patients.
- ❌ It appears that there might be either miscommunication or delays in prescription requests for chronic illnesses. One person shared that they had to call the pharmacy themselves as the practice sent the prescription late and one of their mother’s tablets was out of stock.
