- 👍 “I’ve had nothing but a great experience at this surgery over the past 10+ years. More recently, the receptionists have been fab, friendly and attentive. Dr Shalini Patel is absolutely brilliant, always puts you at ease and makes you feel like she actually cares and takes interest.”
- 😞 “Just phoned there girl same girl that’s always on her phone said no appointment this week but phone in the morning 😞 I’m confused I’m high risk some of them so lazy can’t be bothered with you it’s awful.”
- 😠 “Absolutely useless. I was told by the receptionist 2 days ago to call them to book an appointment for get a sick note. Called them at 8:30 and I am told to call the next day. Unbelievable.”
- 👍 “Always had the help and advice I have needed, everyone is always willing to help, friendly receptionists and nice Doctors, I’ve been with this practice on and off for 40 years. Haven’t had better anywhere else. I wonder if people know that you can actually report the good things about this practice as people seem only to put their moans.
