- 👤 Shohel has been rude and unhelpful, refusing to make an americano with cream even though it was on the menu. He also neglected other customers while serving me and accused my daughter of breaking something. Disappointing experience overall.
- 🤷♀️ Staff are generally unhappy and don’t show basic manners like smiling or saying please or thank you. Some have even argued loudly with customers.
- 🙅♀️ One lady at the counter refused to give a small bag when asked, for no apparent reason. Even though they give away paper bags frequently, she just didn’t feel like giving one that day.
- ❌ There was a complaint about the chicken, broccoli, and rice soup being disappointing as it lacked all the mentioned ingredients; only broth, onions, and carrots were present.
- 😊 Despite some negative experiences mentioned above, many people still enjoy coming to Pret A Manger. It gets busy during lunchtime with long queues but manages them well.
