- 🎄 Costa Coffee in Enfield retail park is great for a quick pit stop after shopping at Next. The festive selection coffee adds to the Christmas feels. Customer service was lovely despite some delay in being served.
- 😊 The branch has a nice and interesting interior design with a beautiful display of cakes and savouries. Friendly staff with constant smiles make your visit enjoyable. A Latte with Caramel syrup and ham&cheese toastie were sweet, tasty, heated, crunchy, and delicious respectively. Cheese scones served with butter were a delightful surprise.
- 😳 Unfortunately, one visit to this particular Costa was displeasing due to filthy cutlery, coffee cups, tea pots, and dirty toilets. They had to ask for take-away cups as an alternative.
- 🚽 Another customer experienced very unfriendly service at this branch when they needed to use the toilet but were rushed off as it was closing time. However, they admitted that the coffee itself is fine.
