- – 🎉 One of the nicest Caffè Nero’s visited: stunning building, large windows, nicely spaced comfortable seating and very pleasant staff. Perfect place to sit and chill.
- – 😡 Negative experience witnessed on a busy day: manager shouting at employees at the counter in front of a long que. Dressing inappropriately for the workplace.
- – ☕️ Rip off London: charged extra for another piece of butter with toasted teacake, unlike other places where it’s free.
