- 🌟 Lovely staff, both owners and employees were kind and gracious, making delicious suggestions.
- 🌟 Perfect spot for a layover, enjoyed scones and tea.
- 😂 Great quality and customer service at the M&S food hall, but prices are a bit high. (mixed opinions)
- 😕 Security guard can be a bit too eager to clear the cafe by 5pm, somewhat weird. (mixed opinions)
- 🥐 Croissants tasted amazing even when left outside in the open. Quick and kind staff with a nice atmosphere.
- ❌ Refused access to toilet for a 5-year-old, suggested using the pub instead. Disappointed since money was spent at M&S supermarket.
- 🌸 Impressive flower arranging event with Prosecco and canapes on arrival. Enjoyed making floral arrangements to take home.
- ⬇️ Portions have decreased while prices increased at the food hall/marketplace.
