About Caffè Concerto – The Village
- 👍 Place has a good ambiance and attractive setting.
- 👎 Afternoon tea sandwiches are awful, but scones are decent. Other sweets are regular.
- 😞 Service is very bad, had to ask multiple times for drinks and it was not worth it.
- 😊 Live music was okay.
- 💔 Overall disappointing experience, not grand as expected.
- 😍 Lovely cafe bar resto with a pretty setting that would attract diners.
- 🍽️ Cooked dishes never disappoint, but cakes are small in size.
- 💼 Decent staff but lacks focus – served tea without cup and made mistakes in orders.

- 😡 Rude initial waiter, but manager took over and was polite and attentive. Offered more tea and extra macarons when the numbers offered between locations differed.
