• 👀 One customer had the best lash lift of their life and always leaves with perfect nails.
• 😍 Another person had a great manicure experience with attentive master Alla, but their eyebrow appointment didn’t go as well. The master didn’t ask about the shape and ended up with ugly, asymmetrical brows that were too light.
• 💁‍♀️ Despite the eyebrow service mishap, the overall staff is awesome and very welcoming.
• 😊 On a different note, someone had a positive experience getting hybrid lashes done. They received compliments on their lashes that lasted a long time, even after going swimming in the ocean!
• ⏰ However, there was some miscommunication regarding closing time. One customer arrived late in the evening but was told that there wasn’t enough time for their haircut and they should come back tomorrow.
• Overall, customers are pleased with ABX Beauty & Barbers due to friendly staff, excellent lash lifts and nails. However, there were mixed feelings about eyebrow services and minor issues with communication regarding closing times for haircuts.
