- 👎 Bad experience with massage, bright lights and therapist talking throughout, overcharged at the till
- 👍 Friendly atmosphere, but recommend booking in advance and specifying needs

- 👎 Terrible eyebrow waxing/plucking experience, left with uneven brows and won’t return
- 👎 Disappointing anti-aging facial experience due to machine double booking and lack of confirmation for rescheduled appointment while dealing with personal emergency in Ireland. Lost deposit.
