- ⛔️ Refund issues: Personal issue led to early departure. Manager promised refund with train ticket submission but stopped responding and denied receiving tickets. Rude behavior noted as well.
- 💤 Old and dirty rooms: Building needs renovation, bathrooms had hair on the floor, thin windows caused noise disturbance, annoying green exit light in the room at night.
