About Bar Rioja
- 🍷 Bar Rioja is not actually a bar, but the attentive waiter suggested a delightful wine and customers enjoyed a quick nibble before catching their train. Overall, the service was excellent and highly recommended.
- 🍽️ On a busy Friday night, customers were able to get a walk-in table and had a great selection of tapas dishes. Florian and Vicki stood out as excellent friendly servers. The jamon iberico and galician fillet steak were particularly delicious.
- 👨🍳 Last Thursday, customers had an enjoyable evening at Bar Rioja with very friendly and helpful staff. They appreciated the lovely choice of wines as well as the advice given when asked. The cheese board was quite tasty.
- 💸 Despite okay service, one customer didn’t mind because they received a 25% discount. They hoped for more staff in the future though. They found it slightly disappointing that there were both interesting selections of Rioja wines alongside big industrial names often found in supermarkets like Tescos.
- 🥘 Another slight issue raised was the similarity between Bar Rioja and its “mothership” Caminos restaurant.
