About The Swan
- 🍺 Popped in for a quick pint and ended up staying longer. Enjoyed the Nachos and found the staff friendly. Will definitely be back.
- 💃 Staff were nice when we had lunch on a quiet Monday. Loved the gorgeous decor and tasty lentil and vegetable cottage pie. Dessert was sweet but coffee was bitter.
- 🎵 Background music was delightful, with some old school tunes that made the experience enjoyable.
- 🥧 The fish and chips were well cooked and tasty, but there were some issues with service – struggled to find someone to seat us or take our orders.
- 🏞️ Sitting outside might not be ideal due to homeless people using the pub’s tables and traffic fumes being bothersome.
- ♿️ The pub may not be very accessible for vegans as they only offered semi-skimmed milk. Also, female toilets needed attention – broken lock, no soap, and broken hand-dryer.
- Mixed opinions:
- ✅ Some loved the old vibe with wooden furnishings, while others found it strange or didn’t mention it at all.
