Always exceptionally accommodating, professional and friendly. My toes are ready for open shoe partying and feel pampered, meticulously manicured and comfortable. This treatment is exceptionally high quality.

So disappointed for the shellac manicure. The staff was quite friendly and nice but absolutely cannot remove the cuticle properly! We tried 3 times to do it but still not good enough. For £48 I would expect a much better experience.

I have been coming to Beauty Boutique for a number of years. I find the girls very friendly and professional. Ayda, the owner we is always warm and welcoming. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted a couple of days ago and decided to go the extra mile and have my eyelashes permed and tinted. My eyes look great and means I can go make up free as makes me look much less washed out having blonde hair and being fair skinned. I would highly recommend the Beauty Boutique.

I want to love this place because the people who work there are very nice but I’ve had a bad experience the past 2 times I got waxed there…. both times involving being burned and red afterwards. I think some of the therapists are good but some not so much.

This spa is the gem of Hampstead. The advice I get from the staff is first and foremost around health, with sound advice and using holistic principles. Only then do we discuss the aesthetic options, which are always beautiful and the results are always better than expected.
