We were recommended TK by a close friend – always risky…but not at all in hindsight. Everything that we were promised was delivered upon by the team. Led by Jeremy, who brings calmness and gravitas, and very ably assisted by Danny (a joy to work with), we were impressed throughout in terms of number of viewings and quality of viewings. Communication and responsiveness was superb – clear, professional and coherent at all times. The team, including Daniel and Sacha, was very joined up. A pleasure to work with TK and we were delighted with the outcome.

Ben and James from TK International sold our flat in Hampstead this year, and we were thrilled with the outcome. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They have a large database of clients on their books, and had already lined up several days of viewings prior to the property going live on the property websites. Ben secured our buyer the day after it hit the market, and he achieved a sale price which was over and above the asking price. The service we received during the selling process from Ben was excellent. He is extremely thorough and was in contact with us and our buyers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. James put in a great deal of effort and time speaking with us in the lead up to putting our property on the market, and answering all of our questions. I cannot recommend Ben and James more highly and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ben Rosenthal was very knowledgeable, helpful, and always available. If he didn’t know an answer to one of our questions, he would find the answer quickly. The process from start to finish went very smoothly, and we felt confident that Ben was advocating for us while maintaining a good relationship with the seller. Sacha from Tk International sold our house recently. He got us a good offer within 1 week of marketing which was in line with our expectations and higher than a previous offer we had received (and it hadn’t even gone online). Sacha made the sale process run as smoothly as possible keeping in contact with ourselves and the buyers most days providing advice and answering any questions that we had. Sacha was a pleasure to deal with and we hope to work together again in the future!

We recently sold our house in Hampstead through TK (Daniel Epstein and Danny Charmbolas). We chose TK as they were the most responsive and efficient at getting back to us at the pre sale valuation phase and we had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago when we sold the flat we then owned through TK. TK have a wide database of clients and started showing the property before it was officially on the market. Through what turned out to be a prolonged arduous sale process, TK secured the asking price (which had been set at the high end of the valuation range) from 3 different buyers. They were also impressively efficient and proactive in the frustrating run up to contract exchange and gave good considered advice where needed. Would highly recommend them. Impressive local knowledge, great client contacts, able to achieve a good price, very personal service and will get things done.
