Our store is right in the heart of Hampstead Village, between the Hampstead Tube and Overground Stations. We are within walking distance of the Hampstead High Street, Hampstead Heath, Keats House, West Hampstead and Hampstead Market. Public transport is all around us and there’s even a few road close by that have paid parking bays available. Also, parking is free on Sundays. There are plenty of coffee shops on our High Street but our printing, passports, ID, and Visa services are all instant so we can make your order while you wait!
We have created a HVL Score to fairly rate places from 1 to 5. This score is based on factors such as location, available services and their cost, customer feedback.

Passport photo rejected! I had a passport photo for a uk passport. I informed an Asian chap it didn’t look right and he told me it didn’t matter as nee passports have a symbol on them so you can’t see the face much. I asked him to do it again he said there was no point as the lighting would be the same. I then was told it could not be accepted for the passport and the photo rejected and wasted months and more money. Hampstead snappy snaps are awful but Finchley Road Swiss Cottage sorted it and there service was just amazing. Hampstead snappy snaps bad experience every time. Last time I went I had some photos developed and when I went to collect them they weren’t the correct size but they made me pay. I have tried them twice and each time awful. Never again. Go to Swiss Cottage for a better experience.

Friendly advice and so patient. Had to take a passport photo for my infant and they were great. So patient and kind, really made a stressful situation (taking a photo of an infant with eye open and mouth closed) so much easier.

Took a passport photo which was rejected by the embassy for being too dark. I called the shop from the embassy. On the phone i was told i needed to come in for a refund, no mention of taking in the photo as well. At the shop their advice on getting a refund changed again. Awful customer service couldn’t have been less helpful.

Yes! We develop, scan and print film in store, both colour and black and white and sell a variety of them too. We also process and sell 120mm film.
Yes, we print documents in all sizes up to A3, both colour and black and white. We also print cards on a 300gsm paper. You can email us your document in advance, along with instructions, and come and collect!
We have a number of measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID19. Here they are: – We are limiting the number of customers in store to 3 at a time. – All staff is wearing head coverings during their shift – We ask all customers to have a face covering on when they enter the shop, unless they are exempt – We accept only card payment at the moment – All surfaces are being sanitised daily
We do! We have a baby bouncer for babies that can’t sit on a chair and we just adjust the background according to the passport you need.
