Outstanding food as always Piccola!!!
As a regular customer I am never disappointed with the excellent food, the staff are so attentive , service is fantastic & the manager will always check in at your table to make sure we are happy.
Amazing selection of wines also. Such great value for a restaurant in Hampstead. Looking forward to my next visit. If you want authentic, exceptional Italian food book your table !

Great pasta and lasagna. There are not many people, it’s a quite and small place. Waiters were not the kindest, they kept forgetting things. But enjoyed our time.

The food in this restaurant is simply delicious !! Everything from the garlic bread to the homemade chicken Milanese to the homemade pasta was truly so tasty. Best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been too. Highly recommend I will bring everyone I know here.

The food is average I would say, even the pizzas. The choice is actually quite limited with half of the pizzas being white pizzas.
The main issue I have with the restaurant is that despite going when it was almost empty (only 2 other couples and a table of 4), we were sitted in between the two other couples, with 3 inches between each table, which prevents you from having a conversation without broadcasting it to your neighbors.
Please reorganize the tables to give more space, I don’t want to hear every word that the next table is saying.

Great pizza. Shame about the staff. I ordered a phone collection pizza. Turned up to collect and the price has gone up.
I said that the price was different online which he said is normal. I stated it isn’t and you cannot do different prices to what you charge.
He became quite annoyed and refused to charge me the correct price.
Then when I said I wouldn’t pay shouted at me outside the restaurant.
I won’t come back. I won’t tell friends. I won’t suggest it – which is a shame as I work locally.
I will be contacting the owner.

We had a great meal last week in piccola, absolutely fabulous 5 stars completely. The service was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the food! Thank you so much we will 100% be back again.

On entering I thought it felt a bit cold, but as we didn’t have long, decided to stay, thinking it would warm up, it didn’t! I asked about the heating and the manager told us it was broken, and there were no heaters to offer us. Plus they had no idea, if it was even going to be sorted out.
It was so cold, and he was not telling people on arrival. I find this quite shocking, also because there were some elderly people in there , who experienced the same situation.
Appalling!

I’m not over impressed by the very bad reviews. The good ones seem so different. But my experience wasn’t great..the place looks greasy and tired..the food was very basic.. felted embarrist to not pay .bill was 100 pounds…no drinks.only water…two starters.2 mains samons.very small amount of food …shocked really..

Amazing as always. Best local Italian restaurant outside of Italy in my opinion! We love going here, it always has a buzzy atmosphere. Also, great wine list!

Avocado olive tomato and cheese salad, fried calamari, margherita pizza, and napolitan spaghettini. Fabulous food and staffs. I guess I will visit this place once in a while when I crave for Italian food.
