After a nice shoping day in a Sears Retail Park, i ended up receiving a letter from this company that i need to pay 100£ fine for a parking overstay. So i didn’t know that the limit of the parking is 3 hours (and it’s not enough for the shopping+food) no any options to pay for your parking even if you know that you need to stay longer! After my appeal this guys decided that i still need to pay but they will offer me reduced payment option of 60£. So by the logic of this company while I’m on shopping i need to set my timer for 3 hours. And if i’m at the till paying for my shopping i need to leave it as it is. And just run out to move my car away. So Solihull Sears Retail Park! Congratulations you’ve lost your constant customer! Because i will never ever come back there!

Issue tickets a month after the incident to coerce you to believe you cant appeal the “issued 3 weeks ago must have got lost in post one” for the lower amount, that was never sent at all. Will be checking Dvla to establish exactly when my details were requested. If staying at moto, keep receipts as I do, if at hotel, photograph your room and get email correspondence of your stay and registration number being recorded with them and stand your ground.

I have been fined £100 for overstaying at Moto Medway for an unbelievable 27.5 hours. What on earth would I be doing at a service station for 27.5 hours!!!!????
They said they had previously written to me, which they hadn’t so I couldn’t appeal.
I have my ringo app statement proving I had parked miles away during that 27.5 hours.
I will got to court, show the judge and then charge them for my time etc.
Absolute scam artists!!!!

This company needs investigating by the fraud squad Which I will be speaking too today
I’ve recieved a letter from
a debt recovery acting on their behalf demanding £170 for not being aligned in a bay
They state that two previous notification re this matter have been ignored Which is a downright lie!!!!
Impossible to get through on the phone I had no notification on the date of the alleged offence on my windscreen or otherwise
Therefore my right of appeal as been denied !!!
I am seeking legal advice

You don’t have to pay.. appeal it to the end dodgy companies I’ve never paid these ever . They can keep chasing they have no legal ground. Have fun chasing me for it Crooks.

My car broke down at one of these sites. I have appealed but just to make people aware the email and phone number given on letter are not recognised – this could lead people to just paying fines!

Legalised extortion.
This company is far too eager to capitalise on an honest mistake. Extenuating circumstances explained, but appeal still rejected. The fine is excessive (considerably more than the £50 imposed for the far more serious offence of attending illegal parties during lockdown), and they even impose a surcharge for paying online! And don’t waste your time and money trying to phone them – the phone is answered by a recorded message which doesn’t allow you to speak to a real person.
I’d give no stars at all if I could.

Your payment system is not working on either phone or website. Not only am I incensed at the fact I’m being charged £170 for parking at a hospital where I had to go for an appointment to confirm a distressing diagnosis. I’m now being charged a fortune on top of the fine trying to actually pay for it!! Please could someone respond to my email.

Same story as all the other reviews, except they are chasing my dad for a parking overstay with no proof but lots of threatening letters. He passed away before the nonsense appeared through his door, 6 months before. Google lists CP Plus as a business consultant, lol, rofl, lmfao, etc…

If I could give zero stars, I would.
It’s impossible to speak to somebody, appeals do not get sufficient review and then when trying to pay using the portal or by phone, the transaction fails. Still unable to pay due to the site being down and can’t get through to anybody to discuss. The worst customer service EVER!

Hi, this has just happened to us. I even included a SAE for return of a receipt. I have received nothing. Is there any other way to contact the company, as the phone just cuts out.
