- 🔝 Aqua Shard offers breathtaking views of London from the 32nd floor, with friendly service and high-quality food. However, prices can be quite high.
- ✨ The ambiance is great and the food is delicious. The service provided by Luis was exceptional, making the experience enjoyable.
- 🏰 One of the main reasons to visit Aqua Shard is for its unique view of the Tower and Tower Bridge. However, some guests found the food to be lacking in flavor and creativity.
- 🥗 The duck breast salad and shrimp carpaccio were well-prepared, but could have benefitted from more exciting flavors. The lamb dish was the most satisfying, but still lacked interesting taste profiles.
- 🐟 The recommended side dish of sweet potatoes did not complement the halibut well, as it was served in a mayonnaise-like sauce that did not match the lobster sauce of the fish.
- 🍮 The apple tart had a pleasant sweet and tangy caramel taste, although some felt it could have used more acidity from the apples. The Shard dessert, made of Isomaltose, looked sensational and the exotic ice cream was decent.
