- 👍 Very clean station with helpful and professional staff.
- 🚇 Big travel hub for Piccadilly, District & Circle, and Hammersmith & The City Lines.
- 🚌 Great interchange for both tube and buses.
- 🤷♀️ Outside of the bus station is hectic, but inside is more orderly and safer.
- ⚡ Disappointed that power outlets are locked up, missed a Christmas Zoom call as a result.
- 🚌 Lots of buses available from this hub that is situated above a shopping center and tube station.
- 🏢 Bus identification layout could be better, but overall good bus station experience.
- 😞 Used to enjoy sitting in the road outside the bus station for free wifi in 2013 (nostalgic).
