• 🎶 St Mary’s Perivale is a lovely little church that is no longer used for religious services.
• 🕯️ The venue is well lit, small, and intimate, making it an excellent space for piano/music recitals.
• 💺 The seating is comfortable and the church is well ventilated.
• 🚗 However, it can be challenging to travel to unless you have a car, as it’s hidden behind a golf course and lacks signposts from the main road. Google Maps may not provide accurate directions.
• ⛪ Despite being easily missed, the church building itself has character with its white walls and small wooden tower. You can find it through a small shelter entrance and then a lane.
• ☮️ Over the years, the neglected and overgrown churchyard has transformed into a serene and peaceful space.
• 🎻 Visitors rave about the music at St Mary’s Perivale, particularly praising the violin and piano performances as some of the best they’ve ever heard. The jazz group performances are outstanding as well.
