- 👎 TOTALLY UNRELIABLE: Multiple confirmations but not all cabs showed up. One cab arrived in the afternoon, but the return one did not. Office assured the cab would be there in 20 mins, but it never arrived. Disappointing experience.
- 😡 However many times you confirm, they never show up on time! Frustrating and pointless to book with them. Prefer Uber now.
- 🚫 DO NOT use this cab service: Terrible service and unhelpful staff. They took my booking but later said they couldn’t fulfill it. No communication or friendliness from them.
- 😤 Absolutely disgusting service: Cab was booked 48 hours in advance and reconfirmed on the day, yet still had issues with the booking. Lack of reliable information and communication.
