Lies and unappreciated people

I gave my clothes and shoes to this shop, only to find all the clothes and shoes on the floor about two street down the road, I tried to talk to them about it and I was told that I was lying about it. All the woman on this shop was telling that it not trues even the fact that my partner was there with me to drop my clothes and shoes to them. If anyone have things to give away it better to sell it on Facebook, instead to give to people like in this shop.
