About H&M
- 👗 The local H&M store has a reduced selection of teen clothing since it reopened, which is strange because many teens still visit the store. However, the refurbishment did bring some nice additions to the home section.
- 👗 Another customer had a negative experience when they were not allowed in while carrying bubble tea, despite it being fully closed. They’ve had better experiences in other clothing stores that allowed them to come in.
- 👗 One person was impressed with the speed and ease of using the locker system at H&M for collecting an item. However, they were disappointed with the staff member’s lack of assistance.
- 👗 On a positive note, another customer loved the wide range of choices at H&M, including dressy clothes, casual wear, work attire, swimwear, accessories, and even items for kids and homeware!
- 🚪 However, there were frustrations when some customers arrived early but weren’t able to shop until later due to delayed opening times. This led to some people leaving instead of waiting.
- 😡 Unfortunately, one reviewer had a terrible experience with customer service at H&M.
