- 👍 One visit had excellent service from an older lady, but another visit was a disaster with a young man who was rude and provided a thick and horrible shellac.
- 🤔 Some staff members were rude during a full set of acrylics and pedicure, including pushing the customer’s hand aside while filing nails.
- 😕 Additional charges were applied for basic services like tips on toes and different colors on each nail.
