About The Lensbury Club
- 🏊 The changing rooms, pool, and spa area are in need of serious refurbishment. They feel and smell like a high school gym.
- 👎 In the 5 years that one member has been there, they haven’t seen any visible improvement in these areas. Small improvements like fixing shower knobs would go a long way.
- 🛁 The shower stalls are worn, dirty, and smelly. The ceiling in the changing room is disgusting, and the spa area looks like a 1970s bathroom that needs serious cleaning or even a complete refurbishment.
- 💰 Despite these issues, the club is still considered lovely to meet friends and has overall good leisure facilities.
- 🍽️ However, some people prefer to walk down the road for lunch at The Anglers because they feel that the quality of food at Lensbury isn’t good enough for them. They mention that even though there is a pizza oven in the restaurant, their pizza wasn’t freshly prepared.
- 💪 On the positive side, one member finds Lensbury to be great value for money with swimming pools, gyms, classes, boats, and a great bar/restaurant.
