• 👎 Staff service has become worse, used to be nice. Cashiers are rarely available, forcing customers to pay at the pump and do small shopping in the kiosk.
• 🔄 Mixed opinions on other petrol stations – Tesco and Morrison’s have similar issues with staff service.

• ❌ Inaccurate opening hours claim of being open 24 hours; often closed after 8 p.m.
• ⛽ Two pumps are supposed to be operational all the time but seldom work during late hours.
• ❓ Difficulty in finding a specific item (radishes) without enough staff available for assistance. However, one employee went out of her way to help locate it on high shelves.
• 💦 The car jet wash was out of order but found satisfaction using an alternative hand wash place for £12.50 which left the car beautifully clean!
• 🏬 The store is quite large with various products including clothes, household goods, videos, and video games on the second floor.
