They have charged me £2.75 for a black and white A4 print. I’m never coming again, an absolute rip off. When I asked astonished if that was the actual price, the staff made fun of me.

Some staff are slow and non-responsive…but the gent with a ponytail is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to help! There’s also a lady who’s been there year and is very knowledgable and efficient. A great little shop that packs a lot in!

I went there to deliver a package through DHL with a registered Id, which is paid by the receiver. They didn’t allow me to send it and I had to convince them after having spend a lot of time giving them the details that this service is offered by DHL. At last they rejected my request and told me to come the next day with labels printed and so on. So basically if they didn’t earn anything they didn’t want to do anything (although I bought a card and an envelope). It took so long that I got a parking fine. Don’t go there if you want good franc honest service.

Who knew you could need so many files and ring-binders?
I’ve never had any problems with this shop, and even though the staff sometimes appear to look at me as though I’m a shoplifter-in-the-making, they’re still nice enough. Which must be hard, looking at all of the other moany reviewers on here.

This is my local Ryman branch and, although I love the services they provide and the stationary, the shop is extremely dusty and disorganised. I tried picking up a diary and my hand was covered in dust.

I can always guarantee prompt attention in Ryman’s, whichever branch it is in London. The staff always ask if they can help once I enter the shop and that is always good for business. Must be part of the training regime…a good policy
