The safety of our customers and our team is a priority. We are following the advice of Public Health England to give ongoing guidance to the team and have increased hygiene measures in our offices and vehicles, which includes supplying all drivers with hand-sanitisers, disinfectants, and extra PPE and gloves.
Despite the uncertainty brought by Coronavirus, your First Mile services will run as normal.
You can login at any time using the First Mile Portal to manage all of your services. You’ll also be able to speak to someone when you need to – we have the right tech in place to make remote-working possible for all our office-based teams.
Our large driver network means we’re able to provide the necessary cover should any drivers show symptoms or need to self-isolate.
As you make your own adjustments, let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make things easier. Extra collections or sacks can be ordered any time of day, and if you need a recycling solution for anti-bacterial packs and cleaning products, our RecycleBox service may be of interest.
