- 👎 Frustration with prescription process: Receptionist initially said printer wasn’t working, then said doctor needed to sign it, even though they saw the doctor leave already. Waited for over an hour to get prescription signed by another doctor.
- 👍 Smooth registration process with helpful and polite receptionists.
